What to Expect

Consultations are conducted exclusively through email or text. This streamlined approach saves time and is more convenient for both of us.
You share your vision for the tattoo you want. Including reference images is highly recommended, as it provides me with a clear understanding of the style and aesthetics you're aiming for.

After we've talked about general design ideas and you're ready to book an appointment, I’ll send you an invoice for a $100 deposit. This deposit reserves your spot on my schedule and is credited toward the final cost of your tattoo.
My hourly rate is $200 per hour. This is comparable to the best custom shops in Seattle. I take on a limited number of large-scale projects at a time to make sure each piece receives the attention it deserves.

The design process usually involves some collaboration between us. About a week before your first scheduled appointment, I'll send you a mockup of the design for your review. At this stage, we can make any necessary adjustments to ensure the final artwork matches your expectations perfectly.

The tattoo is done at my private studio in Lake City. A private studio in the tattoo world means an exclusive space for personalized, appointment-only services, not a typical walk-in tattoo shop. My studio is located inside a commercial building and provides a discreet and focused environment.
The main benefit of this setup is the unmatched level of privacy and personal attention. Each session is a one-on-one experience. It's just you and me. This creates a pleasant atmosphere free from the usual distractions you might find in a busier shop.
For clients, this seclusion offers a chance to relax and be themselves, making the tattooing experience more comfortable and less stressful.

I use a “second skin” style bandage that protects your fresh tattoo for the first 24 hours after your appointment. I provide an aftercare salve to apply to the tattoo over the next week or so while it's healing.
